What Happens After You Get in Touch
Every enquiry gets a reply within 24 hours, and it comes from Daniel Gillespie rather than an office or a call centre. The first conversation is free and is mostly him asking questions: what you need doing, how often, and whether it is a one off or something ongoing. There is no obligation attached to it and no pressure to book on the spot.
If it turns out to be a good fit, you get a quote based on your actual situation rather than a generic price list, because scope varies enormously between clients. If it is not a good fit, he will say so.
What to Include in Your Message
You do not need to have it all worked out, but these four things make the first reply far more useful:
- What you need done. Even roughly. Errands, someone watching the house, pet care, paperwork, or a mix.
- When, and how often. A single trip, a recurring weekly arrangement, or ongoing cover while you are out of state.
- Where in the valley you are. Summerlin, Henderson, a Strip high rise, or elsewhere in Las Vegas.
- Anything unusual. Pets on medication, a pool, gated community access, or dates that might still move.
What You Can Ask About
The most common requests are home watch and property checks, house sitting, pet sitting and dog walking, and errands and personal shopping. For larger properties there is full estate management, and for older clients senior concierge support. If you are not sure which one fits, describe the problem and he will tell you.
The full range is on the services page, and the FAQs cover the questions that come up most often.
Areas Covered
Daniel covers the Las Vegas Valley, with most regular clients in Summerlin and Henderson, including The Ridges, Red Rock Country Club, Ascaya, MacDonald Highlands and Seven Hills, plus units in the high rises on and around the Strip. If you are just outside those areas it is still worth asking.
