An estate manager oversees everything related to running your property vendors, maintenance, security, deliveries, and day-to-day upkeep so you don’t have to coordinate it yourself. It’s a step beyond simple house sitting: less “checking in on the house” and more “actively managing it.”
Vendor Coordination
Pool cleaners, landscapers, HVAC technicians, pest control every property has a rotating cast of vendors who need someone to let them in, verify the work got done, and follow up when it didn’t. An estate manager is that point of contact, so you’re not fielding calls or coordinating schedules from out of town.
Best for: homeowners with multiple recurring service providers, second-home owners who aren’t in town to supervise, and anyone tired of being the middleman between vendors.
Property Oversight & Maintenance
Regular walkthroughs to catch small issues before they become expensive ones a slow leak, an AC unit struggling in the summer heat, irrigation that’s not covering the whole yard. In Las Vegas specifically, extreme heat and dust make this kind of proactive check especially valuable; problems that would take weeks to show up elsewhere can escalate fast here.

Security & “Lived-In” Presence
An empty house is easy to spot piled-up mail, no lights, no activity. Regular visits, mail and package management, and general upkeep keep a property looking occupied, which matters both for security and for simple peace of mind if you’re traveling or living elsewhere part of the year.
Best for: “snowbirds” and seasonal residents, out-of-state property owners, and anyone leaving a home vacant for extended stretches.
Estate Manager vs. Home Watch: What’s the Difference?
Home watch is periodic checking in weekly or biweekly visits to confirm everything looks fine. Estate management is more hands-on: actively coordinating vendors, handling issues as they come up, and being the person who takes ownership of the property running smoothly, not just observing it. For larger or higher-maintenance properties, that difference matters.
